Theatre Productions
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
August 2023
During the summer of 2023, I participated in Riverland Community College's Summerset Theater program and worked as a Soundboard Operator for the season. "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" was the second and final production of Summerset 2023. My responsibilities involved performing mic checks on talent, assigning Belt Pack mics to talent, and troubleshooting audio issues such as mic interference, mic gain, and unexpected power failures.
Vintage Radio Drama
March 2021
Due to the course and protocols of the COVID-19 pandemic, theater productions shut down. However, Matchbox Children's Theater decided to live stream a vintage radio drama style production of "Through The Looking Glass" and "Broadway's My Beat: The Howard Crawford Murder". During this production, I performed basic voice acting and operated the soundboard for various sound effects and music for the show.

The Importance of Being Earnest
Feburary 2020
While pursuing my Associate's degree in Computer Technology at Riverland Community College, I got cast in the Spring 2020 production of "The Importance of Being Earnest". For this production, I played both Butlers Lane and Merriman. I got my inspiration for how to play the butlers from watching Alfred Pennyworth in Batman: The Animated Series and The Batman Arkham Video Games. To play these roles, I learned how to speak with an English accent and formally set up a tea set.
D.K. Molar — The Devious Dentist
March 2018
In the spring of 2018, I participated in the production of "DK Molar - The Devious Dentist" at Austin High School. Instead of working backstage for this production, I decided to audition and got the role of Orville Bite. This was my first acting role in a play and it remains one of my favorites. The best thing about this show besides the cast, was it's a comedy. Thus I was able to add my sense of humor to Orville's character. To play this role, I ad-libbed a majority of Orville's lines and mannerisms. This was unfortunately my last play I participated in at Austin High School, but it was a good way to end it.
Epic Proportions
Feburary 2017
After working on "Lucky Stiff", I caught the theater bug. I knew I had to participate in the spring theater production and continue to build my skills. Plus, I would be able to work with my friends again. Therefore, I joined the spring production of "Epic Proportions" as a Stage assistant. My responsibilities for this show included rehearsing lines with talent, working alongside the director, and operating the stage lights control board.
Something Rotten
June 2023
During the summer of 2023, I participated in Riverland Community College's Summerset Theater program and worked as a Soundboard Operator for the season. "Something Rotten" was the first production of Summerset 2023. My responsibilities involved performing mic checks on talent, assigning Belt Pack mics to talent, and troubleshooting audio issues such as mic interference, mic gain, and unexpected power failures.
Halloween Warmup
October 2020
During the fall of 2020, I participated in the annual "Halloween Warmup" put on by MatchBox Children's Theater of Austin, MN. I played the role of Johnny Appleseed with 2 other actors. The warmup consists of having an audience walk through the Hormel Nature Center trails. At various points of the trail, guests would encounter small Halloween plays and skits. The "Halloween Warmup" remains a staple for fall events in Austin, Minnesota.

The Austinaires Show
April 2017- April 2019
Every Spring at Austin High School, The Austinaires and Choralaires host their annual end-of-the-year school year show. The Austinaires and Choralaires perform various musical numbers with choreography during this show. I worked as a backstage hand during my year of high school. I worked my way up to the title of stage manager for my junior and senior years. My responsibilities included setting up senior solos, communicating with talent on musical number requirements, working alongside the director, and keeping backstage clean/civil.

My Fair Lady
November 2017
After a successful year of theater at Austin High School, I decided to do another year of theater. This was the first production I did alongside my sister at Austin High School. Considering "My Fair Lady" is one of the most famous musicals of all time, it was awesome to work on a production whose story remains a staple of time. I also got to work with my friends once again and meet some new friends. My responsibilities for this show included rehearsing lines with talent, organizing props, performing set scene changes, and keeping backstage clean/civil.
Lucky Stiff
November 2016
To get involved with afterschool curriculars and make new friends at Austin High School, I decided to participate as a Stage assistant for "Lucky Stiff". This show remains my all-time favorite that I've ever done! It played a huge role in pursuing my career of Motion Capture and Content Creation. During this show, I made a whole new group of friends, built my production skills, and grew as a human being. My responsibilities for this show included set building/teardown, prop organization, and performing set scene changes.
